English Proficiency Test

The best way to find out your CEFR level is to take a well-designed standardized test. The EF SET is the best choice in English because it is free and the first standardized test to fully align with the CEFR. You will need to set aside an hour or more to complete one of the certifying tests and find out your CEFR level.

Note: We only hire agents with B2 and up CEFR levels.

Typing Skills

Description: Test your typing speed and accuracy through a timed assessment that evaluates your ability to produce written communication efficiently.

  1. Purpose: Critical for roles requiring frequent written interaction, ensuring effective communication without delays.

  2. Acceptable Average: 50 WPM and up to meet our efficiency standards.

Aptitude Test

Description: The aptitude test is divided into three sections:

  • Verbal Reasoning: Measures your ability to understand and analyze written information.

  • Numerical Reasoning: Assesses your ability to work with numbers, interpret data, and solve mathematical problems.

  • Abstract Reasoning: Evaluate your logical thinking and ability to identify patterns and relationships in visual information.

  • Purpose: Together, these tests help gauge a candidate's analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and overall cognitive ability, ensuring they can thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Personality Test

Description: Complete the DISC personality test to gain insights into your behavioral style and how you may fit within team dynamics.

  • Purpose: Helps align candidates with roles that suit their natural tendencies and improve workplace harmony.
